JCS offers integrated lead-generation and marketing solutions, including but not limited to ad campaign creation, funnel design, AI-powered follow-up systems, landing page development, and analytics reporting.

3. Free Trial Period

JCS may offer a 30-day free trial for select services. During this period, clients cover their ad spend only. After 30 days, continuation of service requires a mutually agreed-upon paid arrangement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to required information, domain and social media account credentials, and necessary resources to ensure a smooth setup and implementation process.

5. Payments and Billing

Clients agree to pay fees as stipulated upon the conclusion of the free trial period. JCS offers both pay-per-result and retainer-based pricing models, detailed individually in agreements.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice after the initial trial. Termination before completion of agreed services may result in fees corresponding to the work completed.

7. Intellectual Property

JCS retains ownership of proprietary technology, strategies, and AI tools used. Clients retain ownership of their branding assets, domain names, and client data.

8. Limitation of Liability

JCS shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the provided services.

9. Data and Privacy

We handle client data securely and confidentially. By using our services, you agree to our privacy practices as detailed separately in our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

JCS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which JCS operates.
